VIP-WECO REMOTE is a non-walkable pipe repair system designed for trenchless rehabilitation of small to medium diameter pipelines from DN150 to DN800. The smooth bore sealing design allows internal installation without pipe entry, creating a water- and air-tight mechanical seal while maintaining flow efficiency.
This trenchless internal pipe repair system is particularly suited to confined access pipelines where excavation or pipe entry is not possible.
The EPDM rubber outer has been designed to create a water/air tight seal once the stainless steel sleeve has been expanded using the unique locking mechanism, which leaves a smooth internal bore, reducing the risk of debris catching and blocking the seal. Installation can be completed within minutes as opposed to hours, with no need to excavate and replace the pipe, or the need to enter the pipe line.
